Tiny Treasures offers a fair and transparent refund policy to protect both our members and experience hosts.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before an experience date qualify for a full refund, minus a 3% payment processing fee.
Cancellations 7–14 days before the experience date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the experience are non-refundable unless the experience is cancelled by Tiny Treasures or the host.
If an experience is cancelled by Tiny Treasures or the host, members receive a full refund including any payment processing fees within 5–10 business days.
